E-Dinner Rules
Admission
(1) Admission to E-dinner is only by introduction.
(2) Please email us 72 hours prior to the E-dinner to sign up for the event.
(3) Participation fee is required for members at every E-dinner. This does not include dinner expenses.
(4)The participation fee is 1,000 for each person, or 500 if you bring a friend (500 for you and 500 for each of your friends).
Cancellation
(5) If for some reason you wish to cancel your participation, please notify us 25 hours prior to the event so that we can keep an accurate count for restaurant reservations. For instance, if dinner is Wednesday at 20:00, please contact us by 19:00 on Tuesday.
(6) We require a standard 5,000 cancellation fee for those that wish to cancel any time within 25 hours of the event. This will compensate the unavoidable costs that we owe the restaurant.
(7) Failure to pay the cancellation fee will prohibit any future participation in our events.
At E-Dinner
(8) The dress code is business casual.
(9) We require all our participants to speak only English during E-dinner.
(10) Every time a person is gcaughth speaking a language other than English, the person will be asked to pay a 100 fine. Collected fines will then contribute to total dinner expenses.
(11) The remaining dinner bill is divided evenly among attendees.
(12) We do NOT tolerate any sort of stalking and inappropriate behavior. Any such behavior noted by the Committee will prohibit the member from any future participation.
